About
Liz Grant
Having an interest in the human condition, I decided to diversify from my work as an education professional to training as a person-centred therapist. Along the way I have worked in administration and HR, started a family and cared for elderly relatives.
My experiences have led me to meeting you! I am interested in the uniqueness of you and what brings you to the therapeutic space.

I qualified with a post-graduate diploma in person-centred counselling in 2008. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
You’ll know when the time is right for counselling, when enough is enough and you need to do something different.
Every choice is a chance.

Ethical practice
My practice adheres to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I undertake monthly supervision sessions to help ensure the efficacy of my work. As part of their Professional Conduct Procedures, the BACP has a complaints procedure which any client can access should they feel it necessary. Details are on their website https://www.bacp.co.uk/
My BACP registered number is 00607630
