My practice adheres to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I undertake monthly supervision sessions to help ensure the efficacy of my work. 

 

As part of their Professional Conduct Procedures, the BACP has a complaints procedure which any client can access should they feel it necessary.
